Return & Exchannge Policy

At Skira, we prioritize your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our handcrafted, exclusive jewelry.  

Eligibility:
  - We only provide exchange or repair for items that arrive damaged or defective.  
  - Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  -Used products sent for exchange will be returned, and the exchange will not be processed.

  -The exchange process may take up to 15-20 days, as the product will first be picked up, undergo a quality check, and then be re-shipped.


Requirements:
  - A clear unboxing video showing the package and item is mandatory for processing exchanges or repairs.  
  - Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.  


Exclusions:

  -Personalized or customized products are not eligible for exchange or repair unless defective.

  -Skira holds the right to accept or reject any exchange or repair request at its sole discretion.  

  -In case of an approved credit note, only the product value will be credited; shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, a credit note issued on the website is redeemable only on the website.
