At Skira, we are committed to delivering your exquisite jewelry with care and efficiency.  

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within [10-15] business days] after payment is confirmed. As our jewellery is all handcrafted it takes time to manufacture these products.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • Processing times may be longer during festive seasons, new collection launches, or due to high order volumes.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

  • Standard delivery within India typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • International shipping takes 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified value, as mentioned in promotional offers.

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in their country.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier’s website.

Delays & Liability

  • While we ensure timely dispatch, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as courier delays, weather conditions, natural calamities, or customs clearance issues.

  • Skira is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers but will assist you in resolving such matters.

Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.

  • Skira is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • All shipments are fully insured until delivery.

  • In case of lost or damaged packages, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt (or expected receipt) at support@skirajewel.com.

  • Claims will be investigated with the courier company, and appropriate action replacement will be taken.

Packaging & Security

  • Every product is shipped in secure, tamper-proof packaging.

  • If the package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.

International Shipping 

  • International customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local import regulations.

  • Skira is not liable for orders rejected by customs authorities in the destination country.
